adjust the settings so that you receive email messages when there are new posts in topics you have posted in?

Well I'm not sure I understand you, but I know that if you bookmark the topic you'll receive emails... the "bookmark? button is up, on the left... next to "search"  Hope I helped |

Most message boards I use have an option you can turn on and it does it for all threads you post in.
