I work for two fast food restaurants, Arbys and Taco Bell. At Arbys I do not understand my new boss. First he tell me I am doing a good job with the maitanence work and now he's telling me that he wants someone else to do the job which means I might lose my morning hours. I am very very upset about it. I just hope to goodness he will not cut my hours too badly . That is what I am concerned about right now. I'm going to have to push myself harder so that he knows I work hard at what I do. I feel like I am not being treated fairly at all the hard work I do.

But I think that you're not the one with the problem. I think your boss is. You know, we're people and people have problems all the time, just like your boss. Maybe it wasn't his day today, or maybe tomorrow too. But don't worry It doesn't look to me as a big problem.So, I was saying that when we have problems we blame other people that have nothing to do with our problems. So I think that everything's gonna be alright  |

Yeah it's hard to tell what he's going to do right now...I mean I know he's from a different Arbys and he was taught differently but he's gotta realize too that i was not from his store! He just can't judge me right away like that because then he'll lose a good worker. He just expects too much out of his employees. Like the one day he told me that I had four minutes to prep a certain item and there was a lot to prep! I mean come on..that's going too far. But I guess I will have to wait and see what he does. In the mean time I will just work my butt off to make him see that i am a good worker and if he doesn't like me then fine I'll just work at Taco bell full time then instead. I know my Taco bell boss would love to have me work for him.  It pays to have two or three jobs like I do. ;D |

hope things work out for you Thanks. Today was better at work...probably because my boss wasn't there today lol. If he's there tomorrow we'll see how things go. |
