I always loved to read about George when he went to India was with the Hare Krishnas. 
But later in life he had calmed down with it after Srila Swami Prabhupada passed away because some of the other Krishnas were strange to him. And it's understandable. But George still followed Krishna Conciousness just in his own home and spent time with Krishna devotees he knew and trusted. :)I find his spiritual journey more facinating than his musical career. And now I am finding MYSELF getting into Krishna Conciousness just like he had! I've been reading up all about it. I think it's really neat what he experienced in the beginning with it. But I'm experiencing Krishna Conciousness NOT because he had done it...I want to find out myself what it is really like. I feel as though I amn following in George's footsteps when he started doing all of that. 
I just want to broaden my horizions and see what it's all about. :)I wish George where here himself to tell me about it.
