I agree - Cyn. She put up with a lot and I prefer John when he was with her...Unfortunately I think, at first, Yoko brought out the worst in him.

Yeah i couldn't agree more,too.I like Cynhia more than Yoko.I don't know why he was married whith her,i mean if she was yelling at him than if i was him i will leave her.  |

Cynthia, because Yoko was so controlling and manipulated John. John wasn't the same after he met her. His appearance changed drastically too, with the round glasses, the long hair, the facial hair, skinnier...it just wasn't him. Like no offense but he was sooooo hot and then in Abbey Road it's like "OMG John, why did you do that to youself??" It's just not the same person, I miss old funny, cute, John, when he was happy to be with Cynthia and Julian, all carefree with Paul, George, and Ringo.  ....I want that John back, the John I first met when I got into the Beatles. |

Well, although I also prefer Cyn, I think that they both were really important in John's life. After all, even thought it was sincerely annoying to see Yoko everywhere with John (she didn't go with him to the rest rooms because that would have been too much! ) I think that she had a lot of influence over him, and inspired him to make wonderful compositions in his solo career. |

I don't really prefer either one, really. Like Paola said, both of them were important to John at different times in his life-as a young man and then an adult. However, I do like how John matured and grew as a person once he met Yoko. He settled down and was there for her and Sean. I know that throughout most of his relationship with Cyn he was away from home, but that doesn't mean he had the right to be unfaithful to her. I guess what I'm trying to say is that he did love Cynthia and she was good for him, but John and Yoko were soulmates.

No contest.Cyn,by miles.I cant stand the way Yoko was,hanging around John all the time,during the filming of Let it Be.He couldnt even visit the lav on his own....
